Cian Richardson started Tuolumne Books in 2022 to offer a simple, cost effective, all-in-one bookkeeping platform to small businesses. With over 7 years of experience managing bookkeeping and payroll accounts, Cian chooses to work directly with clients to provide excellent service at industry leading prices.
Cian is a Quickbooks certified ProAdvisor, a Gusto partner, a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and an IRS Annual Filing Season Participant (AFSP).
Xinxin Zhang, CPA
Xinxin Zhang is a Virginia licensed CPA with over a decade of tax preparation experience. Having received her CPA license in 2010, and being a Chartered Global Management Accountant since 2014, she joined Tuolumne Books in 2023 to do what she enjoys most: helping small businesses meet their unique tax needs.
A citizen of the world, Xinxin has 12 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, taxation and financial reporting in both the US and internationally. Her expertise include tax filings for individuals, sole-proprietors, single and multi-member LLCs, partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps.
